Everyone was very friendly and I was seen pretty quickly. The nurse and PA were kind and sweet to my little girl. The prescriptions were sent In immediately and we were able to pick them up with 15 min of leaving.

So relieved to have found an urgent care with compassion and intelligence. Went in for my daughters cough. The PA Abby discovered my daughter had a double ear infection and immediately sent over her prescriptions. Overall I feel she made me feel safe with how she was so gentle with my daughter while having serious intent on helping her.

I was able to get an appointment right away. The waiting room was empty and we were able to see a PA within 10 minutes of arrival. Everything was clean and sanitary. The PA who saw my granddaughter was pleasant and very through. She explained everything so my granddaughter understood what she had to do to get better. We will be coming back when we need to see someone ASAP.

As always, Zion was very professional and attentive. Adrian, who assisted me in the room, was very friendly and professional as always. PA Rose always takes her time and listens to my concerns and provides the necessary treatment. I’ve never felt rushed and she always ensures that my needs are met. Thank you Total Care Family for always putting the patient’s needs first!!! There’s honestly no other family care center that’s better!!!! You’ve set the bar extremely high!!!

I was able to schedule a TB test immediately and for half the price of another company offering the same service. The staff was very helpful and friendly, both over the phone and in person. Very pleased with my experience at this location.

I have been coming to Total Urgent Care for 6 years now. My most recent visit on 11/15/2022 exceeded my expectations. Quick check in, I was called back as soon as I finished my paperwork. Did not sit in the back for too long at all, because the nurses and doctor were on top of everything. I maybe had 2 minutes to myself before the doctor came in, which is a great thing! The doctor herself is absolutely lovely. She made me feel so comfortable and got a few laughs out of me as well. What’s more awesome is how they handled my son as well! He was behaving just fine and they were very gentle in how they checked his vitals. He is 2 years old and enjoyed his time there. It is so refreshing to see that this office has only gotten better over the years.

Was able to be seen quickly ( it was not busy when I walked in 6:20pm) and be treated and given a thorough explanation to my concerns and reason for being seen. The receptionist was friendly and very helpful. The Medical Assistant was professional, friendly, understanding and thorough as well. Rosa was excellent with me and I appreciate all her efforts and explanations to my concerns and took the time to help me understand things that were not really pertaining to my reason for being seen but helped over all. I really appreciated that extra kindness and professionalism. Keep up your human kindness and professionalism. Thank you

I had a very pleasant visit. The staff was very courteous and responsive to my needs. It was a quick and easy appointment. I consider this doctor's office like my primary doctor. They are great for those minor emergencies. I highly recommend this urgent care.

I have been seeing Dr. Powell since late 2017. She is a wonderful, caring physician, takes her time. Have referred others who found the same. Her staff has always been very nice and helpful. I also realize getting an appointment may take a while but it's worth the wait to see her. If you need to be seen quickly she has a PA. When she has had questions or concerns she has actually called me at home. I am not happy she has become a private equity MD however it is happening everywhere in every medical area and my hope is they don't cause her to burn out, she is a good doctor and I do not want to lose her compassionate care.
